business (Listenberger Design Assoc.)
which provided graphic design, advertising & marketing services.
My personal interest in history and collecting militaria and antiques as a hobby, became an asset that directed me toward like-minded clients that included history-related orginazations, foundations, museums, the performing arts, and publishing companies. I could not have had a more enjoyable career; however, as the increasing demand to deal with the ever-changing digital age and dependency on electronic production, diminished the joy and profitability led me to pursue another direction.
As a result of refurbishing my own collectables for over 30 years, others began seeking my services, creating a unique opportunity to merge both disciplines to do
what I love for a selective market.

Early July of 1863 the United States experienced the largest battle of the Civil War in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Only days later, Confederate General John Hunt Morgan, with 2400 cavalry, boldly conducted a raid into southern Indiana. After five days of uncontested havoc, fear, theft and destruction was left in their wake. The small town of Vernon, Indiana was in their path. What took place there, only sealed the determination of young Titus Buchanan, eager to participate before it was too late. Leaving the comforts of home and loving family to volunteer, he traded it all for adventure and the chance to prove his patriotism. Armed with physique and self-confidence, he feels ready to take on the enemy. He soon discovers the enemy is not confined to the battlefield, but much closer than he expects. Conflict and confusion tests his honor and Christian faith, which is left wanting. In all, this is a journey on horseback, of a promising romance that vanishes, crossroads, and bridges that profoundly changes his life.
